ClinicAid is live in Ontario!
Ontario’s physicians and other medical professionals can now join a growing number of Alberta’s physicians in using ClinicAid’s faster, smarter billing software to manage their bills.
We’ve also added some new features to make ClinicAid even better!
The new reports feature was launched in December.
It provides ClinicAid users with the ability to view comprehensive reports about their billing, including cash reports, revenue by time period reports, and remittance reports.
The last two reports cover recurring service codes and eligibility.
These reports are meant to aid doctors with reviewing bills, revenue, rejections, and more. With all the data required in one easy to view pane, the overwhelming task of going through each individual invoice to add up totals or view remittances is made simpler and much quicker.
Another new feature that was launched just last week is private billing.
This feature adds private billing options into the ClinicAid system and will support physicians who need to create private bills for their practice.
Favourited codes and default settings can be customised for the private billing, just as with the regular billing.
It is now also possible to set a default provider to create bills even faster. By selecting a default provider, the provider information portion of an invoice will pre-fill with the correct information.
This will make it even easier and quicker to create bills for one doctor, or even to switch between providers when doing batches of bills at one time.
